Meydan Hotels and Hospitality understands its responsibility to the community by taking extra measures to ensure the safety of all Guests and Staff alike and implement the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene practices. Based on this, we have embarked on an alternative cleaning approach to reinforce the understanding of the ordinary hotel cleansing procedures and add to our already high-level cleaning standards.

Meydan Safety and Cleanliness Commitment Program is developed to meet the highest levels of service standards and develop new guest interaction protocols while adding an extra layer of safety and preparedness, to give our guests confidence in our cleanliness and disinfection processes and reflect all precautionary measures in all aspects of our daily operations, whilst we aim to set even a higher bar of personalized services at Meydan Hotels.

This unfamiliar pause just helped us to take a step further and redefine very familiar hotels' disinfection procedures to create a completely different cleaning method, with New Disinfection Technologies, Advanced Room Amenities as well as Contactless but still Thoughtful Check-In experience and Service Delivery in order to build future togetherness again with a novel redefined cleaning approach.

As the title suggests, this program is targeted to provide a safe stay with the highest level of disinfection and cleanliness. Taking note of the latest industry trends and DM guidelines, this plan covers improved Housekeeping and Laundry checklists after including hospital-grade chemicals and machinery. It will also cover contactless In-Room Dining service as well as contactless deliveries and guest requests.
